Return Policy – Knieherstel
- The cost of returning a product from abroad is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns can only be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. We do not accept returns sent to other countries or distribution points.
- You may (optionally) use the European model withdrawal form: Download the form here (PDF, EU, English version).
- This return policy is available in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Dutch version shall prevail.
- Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).
Conditions for Returns
Please note: we supply medical products (hyaluronic acid injections). Under applicable law and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
The product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
The seal has not been broken.
The product is in its original condition and resalable.
The return is received by us within 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal.
If a product has been opened, used, or damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Return Process
Ensure your product meets the above conditions.
Pack the return securely and properly.
Send the parcel via a carrier of your choice to the return address below.

Knieherstel.nl is not liable for loss or damage of return shipments. Please keep a proof of shipment and, if desired, arrange insurance with your carrier.
Refund Period
Once we have received and inspected the product in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to actually return the product.

Please clearly include:
Your name
Order number
The product you wish to return
The date of receipt
The date you notified us of the return
You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are on time if you send the return before this period has expired.
Please note: the products must be unopened, unused, and sealed.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made to us at that time, including any standard shipping costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
Your refund will be processed through our secure payment provider. The processing time depends on your bank or payment method but will not exceed 10 business days.
